Abstract

Institutional philosophy, as an important field to study social organizations and behavioral norms, is of great significance to reveal the deep logic of social structure and human behavior. In the rapidly changing social environment, understanding the interaction between institutions and subjects is particularly key to building a harmonious society and promoting individual development. This research aims to deeply explore the core characteristics of institutional philosophy and its interaction with subjects, so as to enhance the understanding of social organizations and behavioral norms, and provide theoretical support for institutional construction and innovation. The research first establishes the theoretical framework of institutional philosophy by means of literature analysis and philosophical discrimination, then adopts the qualitative analysis method to deeply explore the philosophical characteristics of the institution, and finally focuses on the analysis of the shaping of the subjectivity of the institution and the active response of the subject to the institution. The study found that institutions have rich philosophical connotation in different dimensions such as history, relationship and norm; and exercise normative effect on subject's behavior and their ability to adapt and change the institution. The research mainly relies on theoretical analysis and qualitative research methods, and may not be able to comprehensively cover all situations in which institutions interact with subjects. Future research should further explore the application of institutional philosophy in different cultural and social contexts, as well as the long-term effects of institutional change on agent behavior.
