Abstract
This research investigates the influence of transformational leadership (TL), grounded in Islamic values, on talent management (TM) within the central branch of the Islamic International Arab Bank in Jordan. Data were obtained via a structured questionnaire administered to 138 employees, yielding 127 valid responses. These responses were subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS version 26. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to interpret the data. The findings indicate a statistically significant relationship between TL and TM, underscoring the critical role of leadership dimensions in fostering effective talent management practices. The study advocates for the continuous professional advancement of employees through workshops, certification programmes, and training initiatives that enhance contemporary technological and managerial competencies. Anchored in the Islamic TL paradigm, leadership is construed as a model of ethical stewardship and spiritual development, associating leadership conduct with human flourishing (tazkiyah) and organisational integrity. Accordingly, TM is framed not only as a strategic function but also as a moral responsibility.
