And many fans noticed that there were some notable absences at the ceremony.
Noah and Braison were not in attendance, which sparked some rumors of a rift.
Eagle-eyed viewers spotted that Noah posted photos on Instagram of herself with her brother Braison, who had flown to California to see her, at a local Walmart, during her mum’s wedding.
Fans believed these pics were a covert message of support for their dad.
Noah was even wearing a Billy Ray Cyrus T-shirt during her trip to Walmart on her mum’s wedding day.
But then, a source alleged that Noah actually wasn’t invited.
And there was a shocking reason as to why…

A source alleged to Us Weekly that Tish actually ‘stole’ her new hubby from her daughter, Noah.
“Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” says the source, who claims that Tish ‘was aware’ of the situation.
