Gordon Ramsay\u00a0has spoken out about the tragic death of his son Rocky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0celebrity\u00a0chef, 57, is behind hit\u00a0TV\u00a0shows such as\u00a0Hell\u2019s Kitchen<\/em>,\u00a0Kitchen Nightmares<\/em>, and\u00a0Next Level Chef<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s been married to his wife, Tana, 49, since 1996 and they share seven children: Megan, 25, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Matilda, 22, Oscar, 5, Rocky, and baby Jesse James.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a recent interview, Ramsay discusses fatherhood and the \u2018trauma\u2019 his family experienced following the loss of Rocky.<\/p>\n\n\n

Over the years, the\u00a0MasterChef<\/em>\u00a0star has opened up about being a dad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

His eldest, Megan, was the first family member to receive a college degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay took to social media and celebrated her graduation, penning: \u201cSo proud of this young Lady @megan__ramsay our first Ramsay ever to graduate with a degree @oxfordbrookes hard work pays off!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holly, one of the fraternal twins, has dedicated time to destigmatizing mental health \u2013 she launched a podcast on which she discussed issues such as anxiety and depression. It also served as a safe place for her to open up about her mental health journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay\u2019s daughter shared with listeners that she had been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression after she was s**ually assaulted while attending university.<\/p>\n\n\n

She said: \u201cIt\u2019s confusing and I\u2019m trying to take control of my narrative and use that to make something good.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Holly\u2019s twin, Jack, joined the United Kingdom\u2019s Royal Marines, a division of the U.K.\u2019s Navy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay posted a carousel of photos of his son in his uniform, celebrating the achievement, alongside the caption: \u201cCan\u2019t tell you enough how proud I am of this young man. Jack Ramsay, you\u2019ve made me feel like the proudest father today.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, like her famous dad, Matilda \u2018Tilly\u2019 is often in the public eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 2015 to 2019, she had a cooking reality show on CBBC titled Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch<\/em>. She also competed in the British competition show Strictly Come Dancing<\/em>, she and her dancing partner were the ninth pair to be eliminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay and Tana welcomed their son Oscar in 2019 \u2013 the father-son duo are often photographed wearing matching outfits.<\/p>\n\n\n

And last year, the couple shocked fans by revealing they had welcomed another little one, Jesse James.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Ramsay took to\u00a0Instagram\u00a0on November 8 and wrote: \u201cWhat an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOne more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls\u2026 Done.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay and Tana are overjoyed at the wonderful family they have made, however, they\u2019ve never forgotten their son Rocky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, the chef\u2019s wife tragically experienced a miscarriage at 20 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBorn with a strong heartbeat but too little to survive,\u201d Tana said of their son.<\/p>\n\n\n

In an interview with People<\/a> magazine in 2023, Ramsay discussed the devastating loss and the \u2018life-changing moment\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no book that guides you through that loss, and so losing Rocky was really tough,\u201d the Hotel Hell<\/em> star said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said ultimately, the experience strengthened his family and \u2018brought us a bond that you\u2019d never experience in a normal situation.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ramsay\u2019s Cornwall home is named after Rocky, each family also wears a piece of jewelry with his name on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an interview with Weekend magazine, the chef said he and his family had been overwhelmed by the support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
