Elon Mus<\/a>k<\/a>\u00a0has been labeled \u2018disgusting\u2019 after sharing an intimate photo of\u00a0Amber Heard<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tesla co-founder is one of the world\u2019s wealthiest people and he\u2019s known for expressing his views online, which has made him a polarizing figure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The X owner and Amber Heard, the ex-wife of\u00a0Johnny Depp<\/a>\u00a0and actress known for\u00a0films\u00a0such as\u00a0Aquaman<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0The Rum Diary,<\/em>\u00a0officially began dating in 2017 but broke up in the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, when Musk took to his social media platform (formerly known as\u00a0Twitter), and shared a private photo of the star, he was widely criticized by foes and fans alike.<\/p>\n\n\n

Slamming Musk\u2019s decision to share the photo, one person writes: \u201cThe things we deem OK or not OK is amusing. Most of us flex on the timeline in some shape or form, this one just happens to be\u2026 well, kind of extraordinary tbh.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Another jokes: \u201cThis is why you can\u2019t keep a girl, Elon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSorta goes without saying but Elon Musk tweeting out a photo of Amber Heard in cosplay for his weird fanboys to drool over is f***ing disgusting,\u201d somebody else pens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fourth person shares: \u201cHopefully this was approved by her\u2026 we don\u2019t need another controversy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

According to the tech mogul\u2019s biography, \u2018Elon Musk\u2019  by Walter Isaacson, the pair\u2019s early dates revolved, primarily, around work \u2014 Heard flew out to the Tesla factory in California to surprise him on his birthday and Musk visited Heard on the set of Aquaman<\/em> in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after their break-up, Musk appeared to have nothing but kind words for his ex. Taking to\u00a0Instagram<\/a>, he wrote: \u201cAlthough Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Long distance relationships when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His biography, however, tells a different story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaacson writes that Musk\u2019s relationship with Heard was \u2018agonizing.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MailOnline<\/a> reports that the biographer claims Heard \u2018drew [Musk] into a dark vortex that lasted more than a year and produced deep-seated pain that lingers to this day. It was brutal.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for what Heard has had to say about the relationship?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI love him very much,\u201d she says in the bombshell biography. \u201cElon loves fire, and sometimes it burns him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

As reported by MailOnline<\/a>, in Musk\u2019s biography \u2013 titled \u2018Elon Musk\u2019 \u2013 it\u2019s revealed: \u201c[Musk] told [Heard] that she reminded him of Mercy, his favorite character in the video game Overwatch<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo she spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Responding to a tweet discussing the incident, Musk remarked: \u201cShe did dress up as Mercy. It was awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The now-deleted image in question is from the time the pair were dating and it shows Heard in cosplay, which is the practice of dressing up as a character from a film, book, or video game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the photo Musk shared, the Zombieland<\/em> star is dressed as the video game character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The snap shows Heard looking down at the camera while donning a white costume, halo, wings, and suspenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Page Six<\/a> reports that Musk did not have Heard\u2019s consent to share the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A source close the the actress reportedly tells that publication that the photo was meant to stay \u2018private.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n
